The Contribution of 14 European Think Tanks to the Spanish, Belgian and Hungarian Trio Presidency

With the Lisbon Treaty in place – and the establishment of the permanent European Council presidency and the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy – the role of the rotating presidencies and the Trio Presidency has changed.
