EurActiv
Since 2009, SIEPS is a member of EurActiv, which was formed in 1999 in order to contribute to openness and efficiency in EU affairs. The independent media portal www.EurActiv.com is entirely devoted to EU issues. The site is well established as one of the leading online platforms for decision-makers in Brussels and in Europe. The site brings together independent journalism and complements the existing EU media and institutional websites. Through its Bulgarian, French, English, Polish, Romanian, Slovak, Spanish, Czech, Turkish, German and Hungarian portals it reaches a broad audience far outside Brussels with about 590 000 visitors. EurActiv's partnerships also include the European Institute of Public Administration (EIPA) and the Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS). Daily newsletters in English, French and German are sent to more than 18 000 recipients. In addition, every Friday a newsletter is sent to more than 24 000 readers.
European Network for Better Regulation
SIEPS participates as partners in a project within EU's Sixth Framework Programme. The project European Network for Better Regulation (ENBR), coordinated by the Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS) in Brussels, consists of 16 participating institutions from 12 EU Member States. The project aims primarily to study implementation processes and impact analyses. In 2008, the project entered its final phase with a common final report. SIEPS contributions was published in a special report Regelförenkling genom konsekvensutredningar (2010:1), released in early 2010.

European Policy Institutes’ Network
SIEPS, along with five other member institutions, are members in the steering group for EPIN which is a European network of think tanks and research institutes focusing on current European Policy debates. The network is extensive, with 31 members in 26 countries, including most EU member states and candidate countries. EPIN aims to contribute to the debate on the future of Europe with current expert analyses and commentary. The members of EPIN differ in structure and size but all are characterized by their political independence. Other member institutions of the steering group is the Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS) in Brussels, Danish Institute for International Studies (DIIS) in Copenhagen, the Royal Institute for International and Strategic Studies (Elcano) in Madrid, the Institute for European Policy (Europeum) in Prague, Hungarian Institute of International Affairs (HIIA) in Budapest and Notre Europe in Paris.

Europe’s World
SIEPS is a member of Europe's World which is an independent European journal. Europe's World is produced in collaboration with over 140 leading European institutes, think tanks and academic institutions and has since its launch in 2005 become a prominent platform read by over 100 000 influential decision makers and opinion leaders in Europe. The website, www.EuropesWorld.org, aims to further promote knowledge of the political challenges facing Europe. The site covers articles and responses to articles, studies and reports published by institutions and think tanks in Europe. Through the newsletter, sent out once a week to 60 000 beneficiaries, SIEPS' and other member institutions recent publications are presented under the title Think Tank Europe.

Transatlantic Policy Forum (TAPF)
With the new U.S. administration and with important changes in the European Political Community (The European Commission and Parliament), SIEPS and six other European and American think tanks formed a transatlantic forum in 2007. The network's aim is to collaborate with other European and American institutions and provide research-based input on current transatlantic issues. On January 29 SIEPS organized, in cooperation with TAPF, a workshop on Foreign Policy Challenges for the Obama Administration and on December 1 a workshop on Transatlantic Relations in Perspective: Roads to Deepened Cooperation. Other partners are the Germantown Marshall Fund of the United States in Washington, the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) in Washington, Notre Europe in Paris and Prague Security Studies Institute (PSSI) in Prague.
Think Global Act European
TGAE is a network with the aim to provide, in cooperation with other European institutions and organizations, a research-based input into the issues prioritized by the trio of Presidencies. In 2009, therefore, focus was on the upcoming Spanish, Belgian and Hungarian presidencies. Participating institutions besides SIEPS, are Notre Europe in Paris, Brussels European and Global Economic Laboratory (Bruegel), in Brussels, Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS) in Brussels, Centre for European Reform (CER) in London, Centre for European Strategy (DemosEuropa) in Warsaw , Danish Institute for International Studies (DIIS) in Copenhagen, the European Council for Foreign Relations (ECFR) in London-Madrid-Berlin-Paris, the Hellenic Foundation for European and Foreign Policy (ELIAMEP) in Athens, the European Policy Centre (EPC) in Brussels , Institute for European Policy (Europeum) in Prague, German Institute for International and Security Affairs (SWP) in Berlin.
