7 maj: Empowering national courts in EU law
Date: 7 May 2009 in Stockholm
National courts are critical for the European legal system to function. In July 2008 the European Parliament adopted a resolution in which the national courts' role was emphasized. According to the resolution, the dialogue between national courts and the ECJ must be reinforced and knowledge of EU law must increase in national courts. What is the situation in Sweden?
At the seminar the report Empowering national courts in EU law will be presented. The report is part of the research project The Swedish Administrative Model and the EU.
