Kommittologin efter Lissabon:en kommentar till förslaget till ny kommittologiförordning (2010:12epa)

The Lisbon Treaty has profoundly changed the judicial foundation of the so called comitology. What previously was enclosed in a single treaty article, is now divided in two separate articles and the idea is that the comitology will remain in only one of them. This analysis examines the EU Commissions proposal for a new regulation on comitology.

The analysis is in Swedish and is a part of the research project The Constitutional Development of the European Union.
