Papperslös, laglös rättslös? Papperslösa migranters rättsliga ställning (2010:8epa)
The presumption that undocumented migrants are outside the law is wrong. This is one the conclusions in a new European Policy Analysis, with contributions from six researchers at Lund University.
Their findings demonstrate that the law is indeed crucial for undocumented migrants. In some cases it is in fact the law itself that deprives them of their rights.
